About
Hello, there! I am Captain Scottie Moss. I have been a waterman all of my life, continuing a passion bestowed on me by my late father, Captain Joe Bill Moss. For many years, I took out fishing charters on either the Subek or Pamela Sue. In memory and honor of my father, I take out all of my fishing charters on my new vessel: The Captain Joe Bill.
I am located at The Slips in the historic town of Kinsale, Virginia and fish the waters of the Yeocomico and Potomac Rivers, and Chesapeak Bay.
I normally run weekend fishing charters starting in late April - late December. I am here to help ensure that you and your party have a great time out on the River or Bay. So call and schedule a fishing charter today!

I, Captain Scottie, am normally available late April through late December for weekend fishing charters out of The Slips in Kinsale, Virginia. There are a variety of different options for your fishing charter, such as length (full-day, vs partial). I always work hard to ensure that the party goers have a pleasant, fun experience and try to take some of the hard work out of fishing.
I am also available for other requests such as boat rides, bachelor parties, tours, and sunset cruises. In addition to fishing charters, I also offer my services as a boat mechanic and can aid with boat relocations.
